So I decided not to do Women of Science. I realized a boat was not going to be built, nevermind succeed. So instead I got to help setup so I got the t-shirt, the bag, and lots of candy. And an incredibly inaccurate globe. Mexico is now east of Florida. And the white text "Women of Science" is in the Atlantic.
So Madrigal Event was last night and tonight. It's decent I guess, but there were some incredibly dumb spots in the plot. On the other hand, there were some solid jokes. Mixed bag. And I got out of there by 8:15, so I was happy. So today's a YPO day followed immediately by Mads dinner, so I will be running. But at least it's only Saturday. And I really want to finish my Caltech essay soon because I think I may end up liking it. But alas, we'll see.
