I'm going insane right now. Like I'm fairly sure of it. And it's really awful. I got home yesterday and my Drexel admission packet was there (!!!!!!). Sure, it's not an MIT tube... but still awesome. I got into the BS/PhD program, which only takes 6 years, so I could be Dr. Melody Morris when I'm 23. Yes, really. I also got into the honor's college and got about 17000 in merit based scholarships. All in all, a good deal. I was hoping for higher merit, but my friend Justin says they don't usually give top scholarships to the top kids, so I guess I'm okay with that. I also got a free bumper sticker which may or may not be used at some point. I still need to apply to a co-op scholarship, which could get me 6000 more a year, which would make Drexel a good financial choice.
So in other news, MIT released its release date yesterday at 6 pm. I really think colleges overdramatize all this, but I'm now in freak out mode. I doubt I'm going to be accepted EA (probably deferred) but there's always a chance. Well I'm going to stop talking about this and you'll get to see on Monday at 9 PM. Or 8:47 PM. I'm scared. And I'm stopping now.
In other news, I stayed up far too late last night doing a Senior Project log that was absolutely pointless. So I'm tired right now. I think I'm just permenantly tired. And I'm so ready for winter break... (especially for a physics party)
