Okay, so my mommy kidnapped me on Saturday and took me up to Goose Pond before I could blog about it. So that's where I've been. If you're curious. So let's see, what happened that was interesting?
1. I've sorta solved my book crisis. See, I raided my parents bookshelf that is in the back room. I grabbed 1984 and Utopia and started Utopia (by Thomas More (yes, the one you learned about in Civ II!)). It's pretty amazing. It's like the first and idealized Communist Manifesto. But anyways...
2. I ran and walked and bassooned a lot. But you don't care so I won't elaborate.
3. Umm, what else? Oooo, we finished another puzzle! My mom and I have always done puzzles and we finally finished this horrible one last weekend (it was out over the winter in NH). And then we went to Walmart and got 2 new ones. And we finished one in one day. It was sick.
So yes. I did not claim that it was exciting, but it's a great retreat that I can't do during the school year so it's good.
Now for Project Runway time:
I actually thought the judges were right tonight. Emily's dress was hideous. Just ugly. And she didn't realize it. So I'm glad she was out. And honestly, I didn't think that the other ones were really that bad.
However, I don't like this group of designers. They're so snotty (especially compared to Season 4 who's designers really got along fairly well). But alas, that I can't change. The designs were good and well executed and cool, so I was happy.
